生物传感器法以其特异性强,反应快速,成本低等优点在食品安全检测领域发挥重要作用。生物传感器可以完成对食品污染物快速、高效的现场检测。介绍生物传感器在食品安全领域的应用。
Biosensors play an important role in the food safety inspection, because of their specificity, fast response and low cost. This technique offers great potential to meet the need for rapid and specific real-time detection of food contaminations. This paper has presented the basic principles, characteristics of biosensors. The application of Biosensors in food safety is introduced.
