摘要
阐释了低碳经济概念,认为人类今天已不可选择地进入低碳经济时代,并以广东省为例,进一步阐述了在我国如何发展低碳经济。
On elaborating on the concept of low carbon economy, this article takes it for granted that the mankind has inevitably entered into the era of low carbon economy. The province of Guangdong is taken as an example in explaining how low carbon economy gets under way in this country.
