摘要
简述了冲击器性能对冲击旋转钻井技术的重要意义,以及目前在冲击器的研究和设计过程中存在的问题。介绍了冲击器的几种主要测试方法,包括应力波法、光电位移微分法、电磁感应法、触点法、气压法、高速摄影法,及各种方法的测试原理和存在的问题,最后总结了各种测试方法的优缺点。冲击器活塞运动学规律的测试对冲击器的研究、设计和使用都具有重要意义,是今后冲击器测试工作的重点。
This paper describes that the performance rotary drilling technology, and there are some problems in of impactor has a matter of importance to the process of research and design impactor. This paper introduces several major test method of impactor , including stress wave method, photoelectric shift differential, electromagnetic induction, contacts, depression, high-speed photography. Further this paper explains the testing theory and existing problems of every method, and finally sums up the advantages and disadvantages of every method. The test of dynamic rule of the impactor that has a matter of the research, design and application of the impactor will be the emphasis of testing work in future.
