玉竹挥发油成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的用气相色谱-质谱法对玉竹的挥发油进行化学成分分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从玉竹中提取挥发油,用归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果共鉴定了20个成分,占挥发油总量的71.07%以上。结论本方法稳定可靠、重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。 Objective The chemical components of the essential oil from Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce were analyzed by GC-MS. Method The essential oil was extracted from Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce by steam distillation, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result There were 20 components account for about 71.07% of the total essential oil. Conclusion The method is reliable, stable and has good repeatability, and can be applied to the analysis of the essential oil components from Chinese traditional medicine components.
