摘要
可靠性强化试验包括设计阶段的高加速寿命试验和生产阶段的高加速应力筛选。把故障或失效当成主要的研究对象,通过发现、分析和纠正故障达到提高引信可靠性的目的。高加速寿命试验分为四个主要部分:温度步进应力、快速温度变化、随机振动、温度与振动综合应力。高加速应力筛选在高加速寿命试验结果的基础上设计,一般将综合环境应力中的高、低温度限定在工作极限的80%,而振动应力则以破坏极限值的50%作为试验的初始条件,进行综合环境应力试验。
Reliability enhancement test (RET) includes highly accelerated life test (HALT) which is performed in designing phase and highly accelerated stress screening (HASS) which is performed in producing phase. Failures are the main research objects of RET which improves fuze reliability through detecting failures, analyzing failures and correcting failures. HALT consists of four parts which are temperature step stress, rapid temperature transition, random vibration and combined environmental stress. The stresses used in HASS are based on the result of HALT. Generally, the highest and the lowest temperature are limited in 80% of the operation limit and the vibration stress is started from 50% of the destruction limit for the combined environmental stress test.
