摘要
刑事辩护制度改革是我国当前刑事诉讼制度改革的重点之一。提高刑事辩护质量的重要途径之一就是建立刑事辩护准入制度。我国目前已经具备建立律师刑事辩护准入制度的必要性和可行性。我们需要仔细分析影响刑事辩护质量不高的原因,同时考察域外相关刑事辩护准入制度的状况,结合我国的现实国情,分阶段分步骤地构建我国的刑事辩护准入制度。
The reform of criminal defense is one of the stresses in reforming our country′s current criminal litigation system. One of the important ways to improve the quality of criminal defense is to establish the access system of criminal defense. At present, it′s necessary and feasible to set up the lawyer access system of criminal defense in our country. We should carefully analyze the causes that influence the quality of criminal defense, and study the situation of extraterritorial access system of criminal defense, then construct our country′s access system of criminal defense step by step based on the practical circumstance in our country.
