摘要
目的:探讨CyclinD1和GST-π在不同食管病变中表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例食管鳞癌及其周围正常食管粘膜、20例食管粘膜轻度不典型增生、20例食管粘膜重度不典型增生中Cy-clinD1和GST-π的表达。结果:在正常粘膜、轻度不典型增生、重度不典型增生及鳞状细胞癌中CyclinD1阳性率分别为30%,45%,65%,78%,癌组织及重度不典型增生中的表达明显高于正常粘膜及轻度不典型增生组织(P<0.01)。在正常粘膜、轻度不典型增生、重度不典型增生及鳞状细胞癌中GST-π阳性率分别为82%,75%,60%,52%,癌组织及重度不典型增生中GST-π的表达明显低于正常粘膜及轻度不典型增生组织(P<0.01)。结论:Cy-clinD1和GST-π与食管癌的发生密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the expression of CyelinD1 and GST-π in different esophageal diseases. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CyclinD1 and GST-π in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and surrounding normal epithelium, 20 cases of low-grade dysplasia and high-grade dysplasia, respectively. Results :The positive rates of CyclinD1 expression in normal epithelium, low-grade dysplasia, high-grade dysplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 30%, 45%, 65%, and 78%, respectively. The expression of CyclinD1 was slightly higher in squamous cell carcinoma and high-grade dyspla- sia than that in normal epithelium and low-grade dysplasia(P〈0.01).The positive rates of GST-π expression in normal epithelium, lowgrade dysplasia, high-grade dysplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 82%, 75%, 60% and 52%, respectively. The expression of GST-π was slightly lower in squamous cell carcinoma and high-grade dysplasia than that in normal epithelium and lowgrade dysplasia(P〈0.01 ).Conchlsion:CyclinD1 and GST-π may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of esophagus.
