摘要
针对某铜铅锌矿石共生关系密切和嵌布粒度细的特性,使用无毒无污染的选矿药剂,优先选铜、铅锌两步混合浮选工艺和粗铜精矿再磨再选的措施,成功地实现了铜铅锌分选问题,分别得到合格的铜精矿和铅锌混合精矿,同时使伴生金银得到有效回收,为类似难选铜铅锌多金属矿的开发利用提供了新的思路。
According to the characteristics of Cu, Pb and Zn ore, non-toxic and no-polluting flotation reagents, selective floating Cu, Pb-Zn bulk flotation, rough copper concentrate regrinding process were applied. The Cu-Pb-Zn separation was realized successfully, and Cu concentrate and Pb-Zn mixed concentrate were gained. In the same time, the accompanying gold-silver were recovered effectively . The test results provided a new thought for the exploitation and utilization of Cu, Pb and Zn ore resources.
