摘要
通过以粉煤灰和硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备的复合高效混凝剂聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)预处理阿维菌素废水,取得了较好的混凝效果。其最佳工艺条件:pH值为6.5~7.5,PSAF投加的质量浓度为80mg/L,废水中COD,SS和AVM的去除率可分别达到18.9%,34.6%和20.5%;处理后废水ρ(BODs)/ρ(COD)由0.31提高到0.42,废水的可生化性得到一定的提高,为废水的后续生化处理打下了良好的基础。
A new type of high effective complex coagulant polysilicate aluminum ferric (PSAF) was prepared from fly ash and pyrite slag. The results showed that PSAF had a good coagulation effect in the pre-treatment of abermectin wastewater. The optimum conditions were that the pH value of influent was 6.5-7.5, the dosage of PSAF was 80 mg/L, the concentration of COD, SS and ρ(AVM)'s removal rate reached 18.9 %, 34.6 %and 20.5%, respectively. The effluent BODs/COD of abermectin wastewater was increased from 0.31 to 0.42, and the biodegradability was improved a lot.
