摘要
研究了两系亚种间杂交稻两优培九灌浆结实中期短期低温弱光与土壤水分亏缺对叶绿素含量及籽粒的影响。结果表明,齐穗20 d后的短期(4 d)18℃低温弱光和一定程度的土壤水分胁迫(低限土水势-40 kPa以上)并不会引起两优培九及对照品种汕优63和武运粳8号的叶片早衰;短期低温弱光会使两优培九谷粒充实率、结实率和千粒重显著减低,但敏感程度低于汕优63和武运粳8号。在本试验范围内,土壤水分对3个品种的籽粒影响较小。常温常光照下较高的土壤水分对提高两优培九整精米率和降低垩白粒率有利,短期低温弱光处理下较低的土壤水分对降低垩白粒率有利。
Chlorophyll content and grain filling of Liangyoupeijiu were studied with short-period low temperature and weak light and soil water deficits treatment during middle stage of grain-filling. Low temperature at 18℃ for 4 d and moderate soil water-stress (within -40 kPa)for 20 d after heading maight not lead to earlier leaf senescence, hut keep them green,which was the same as CK varieties, Shanyou 63 and Wuyunjing 8. Short-period low temperature and weak light could reduce plump-grain rate, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight significantly,while those of two CK varieties was affected more intensively. The effect of water-stress on grain-filling was not significant. High soil moisture at normal tempera-ture and light was favorable to increase the head rice and reduce chalky grain, while it was helpful to reduce chalky grain in low soil moisture by short-period low temperature and weak light.
