摘要
本文对电子束辐照花粉在技术上的可行性进行了探讨。研究了花粉染菌的辐照效应及电子束辐照对花粉形态与成分的影响。给出经不同剂量辐照的花粉形态照片,测定了花粉中蛋白质、氨基酸、L-抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸总量、过氧化氢酶等成分含量与剂量的关系。为比较起见,对^(60)Coγ辐照花粉,相应测出微生物辐照效应以及成分随剂量变化关系。研究表明,电子束辐照是一种有效可行的花粉灭菌方法。
Technical feasibility of irradiation stetilization of pollen by accelera-ted electron beam was studied in this paper. The irradiation efficacy for the decon-tamination of pollen was determined. Irradiation effect of electron beam on morphology and composition of pollen wasalso studied. The photos of morphology were given for pollen irradiated by electronbeam with different doses. The dose dependence of the content of pollen composition,such as protein, amino acid, L-ascorbic acid, total ascorbic acid and catalase wasdetermined. The corresponding tests for pollen irradiated by ^(60)Co gamma rays werecontrasted. The results show that the irradiation treatment by accelerated electron beamis an effective way for pollen sterilization.
