摘要
本文结合了对上海市高校研究生管理部门的问卷调查结果,分析了建设研究生管理队伍的必要性及可行性,并探讨了队伍建设的方法。
An investigation is taken to the administrative staff in graduate administrative department of universities in Shanghai. We have analyzed the necessity and feasibility of graduate administrative team building and discussed the method of team building.
