台山高速公路工程软土地基施工

摘要 广东西部沿海高速公路台山段软基长33.193km,占线路总长度的38.2%,所以对软土地基的处理是非常重要的。该工程分别采用了排水固结、薄层轮加堆载预压方法、粉喷桩深层搅拌法和真空联合堆载预压方法,并严格进行施工控制与工程检测,提高了软土地基的强度和稳定性,减少了施工阶段沉降稳定时间和工后沉降量,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。 The length of soft foundation in Tanshan segment of Gongdong Province western coastland highway is 33. 193 kin, which is 38.2 percent of the total line length. So it was very important to dealing with the soft foundation. Drainage concretion pre - press method, deep - seated mix round pile method and vacuum allied stacking load pre -press method were used in this engineering. And construction control and engineering detection were carried out strictly. The strength and stability of soft foundation were improved, and the sedimentation was reduced. And better social benefit and economical benefit were gained.
