难治性癫痫患者血清和脑脊液中MCP-1表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemottractant protein-1 MCP-1)在难治性癫痫患者血清和脑脊液中的表达。方法采用RT-PCR和ELISA技术测定难治性癫痫患者、非难治性癫痫患者、正常对照组血清及/或脑脊液中MCP-1 mRNA及蛋白的含量。结果难治性癫痫患者血清及脑脊液中的MCP-1 mRNA及蛋白的含量较非难治性癫痫明显升高(P<0.01),血清中含量较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.01);非难治性癫痫患者血清中MCP-1 mRNA及蛋白的含量与正常对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MCP-1在难治性癫痫患者血清及脑脊液中均升高,MCP-1可能参与了难治性癫痫的发病过程。 Objective To study the expression of MCP-1 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of patients with intractable epilepsy. Methods The mRNA and protein expressions of MCP-1 in serum and/or CSF of patients with intractable epilepsy,non-intractable epilepsy and normal control group were studied by RT-PCR and ELISA. Results The mRNA and the protein expressions of MCP-1 in serum and CSF intractable epilepsy group were significantly higher than non-intractable epilepsy group(P 〈0. 01 ) ,and those expressions were greatly higher than control group in serum(P 〈0. 01 ) ,and the expressions of MCP-1 in non-intractable epilepsy group were not higher than those in control group, the difference had no statistical significance(P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion MCP-1 significantly increased in serum and CSF of the patients with intractable epilepsy. The increases expression of MCP-1 may play important role in the process of intractable epilepsy.
