摘要
研究了氩弧熔覆层的组织与性能,通过对激光熔覆、火焰熔覆的组织对比分析,说明了白亮层形成过程及产生条件。指出氩弧熔覆能实现熔覆层的冶金结合且具有良好的成形性,使用灵活,能得到与激光熔覆相近性能的熔覆层,可以在生产中采用氩弧熔覆工艺。
The structure and property of argon arc melt cladding layer of Cr Si B series alloy were studied.By comparison with laser alloying and flame cladding layers,the formation of the white layer and its occuring conditions can be demonstrated.It is pointed out that the argon arc melt cladding can obtain a metallurgical bonded layer with the substrate similar to that of the laser alloying layer and with good formability and feasibility.The process can be used in production.
