Ezrin在胰腺癌和胰腺囊腺瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨Ezrin在正常胰腺组织、胰腺癌组织及胰腺囊腺瘤中的表达及其表达与胰腺癌侵袭转移的关系。方法用两步免疫组织化学染色法检测13例正常胰腺,34例胰腺癌及24例胰腺囊腺瘤组织中Ezrin的表达。结果Ezrin在正常胰腺、胰腺囊腺瘤及胰腺癌的细胞膜强阳性表达率分别为0%,12.5%和32.4%,各组织中Ezrin的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ezrin表达强度与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期和有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论Ezrin在细胞膜的高表达与胰腺癌的发生及侵袭转移关系密切,Ezrin可能是影响胰腺癌患者预后及癌细胞转移的一个重要因素。
