Protein X of hepatitis B virus and cell signal transduclion pathways

摘要 HBVX蛋白(HBx)是泛宿主多功能蛋白质,能影响多种细胞信号转导途径。HBx可以调节相关蛋白激酶的活性,包括蛋白激酶C、Janus激酶/STAT、IKK、PI-3-K、应激调节蛋白激酶/Jun N末端激酶、Ca^2+通道以及蛋白激酶B/Akt,还能上调一系列转录因子、多肽分子的活性,包括NF-κB、AP-1、CREB和p53等,此文就相关研究进行综述。 HBV protein X (HBx) is a muhifunctional protein, which modulates a wide range of cellular signal transduetion cascades and cytoplasmic kinases, .including Ras-Raf-mitogen-aetivated protein kinase, c-Jun N-terminal Kinase, NF-κB, Sre, JAK1-STAT signaling pathways and a series of transcription factors, such as NF-κB, AP-1, CREB and p53. HBx is also targeted to mitoehondria and eoloealizes with the voltage-dependant anion channel. By this way, HBx acts on different molecular targets and exerts diverse cellular effects on stimulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis and carcinogenesis. In the article, correlative research is reviewed.
