摘要
报道了机械刻槽埋栅高效硅太阳电池的实验研究结果。最好电池的效率达18.47%,整个制作工艺过程比较简单,是一种有可能实现规模化生产的高效低成本电池技术。
This paper describes the experiment and the results of the buried contact silicon solar cells with mechanical grooving.The conversion efficiency of the best cell was 18.47%for float zone wafers.Because of advantages of mechanical grooving,it has the potential to transfer to mass scale production of buried contact solar cells with mechanical grooving with low cost and high efficiency.
