摘要
目的探讨颈椎骨龄定量分期常用的敏感参数。方法从901位中小学生中挑选87位(女55,男32)正常个体,每年定期拍摄头颅侧位片及手腕骨片,连续6年,组成8~18岁混合纵向资料。不参照Lamparski图谱,而是以当今国际上广泛公认的Fishman手腕骨龄分期法(SMI)为金标准,研究第2~5颈椎形态变化的特征。结果通过对相关的颈椎参数进行非参数曲线拟合、相关系数比较和变量聚类,选择出最具代表性的颈椎骨龄定量分期参数。结论颈椎骨龄分期参数的选择,对临床定性定量评价颈椎骨龄提供了重要的参考。
Objective To investigate the characteristic parameters for the assessment of quantitative cervical vertebral maturation for adolescents with normal occlusion. Methods Mixed longitudinal data were used. The samples included 87 adolescents aging from 8 to 18 years old with normal occlusion (32 males, 55 females) selected from 901 candidates. Sequential lateral cephalograms and hand-wrist films were taken once a year, lasting for 6 years. Lateral cephalograms of all samples were divided into 11 maturation groups according to Fishman skeletal maturity indicators. The morphological characteristics of the second, third, fourth and fifth cervical vertebrae (C2-C5) at 11 different developmental stages were measured and analyzed. Resuits Characteristic parameters were selected by statistical analyses of the LOESS smoothing, correlation coefficients analysis and variable cluster analysis. Conclusion The selected characteristic parameters offered a meaningful reference for the assess ment of quantitative cervical vertebral maturation.
