摘要
磁共振成像(MRI)使用多种组织对比显示心肌的解剖形态、功能和组织结构,比较成熟的成像方式包括亮血对比平衡稳态进动电影成像(SSFP-CINE)、黑血对比FSET2WI成像(BB-FSE)、钆(Gd)造影剂首剂通过心肌灌注成像(Gd—FPP)和心肌延迟增强成像(MDE),其中SSFP—CINE和MDE技术成熟、诊断效能可靠,是心肌疾病检查的必需序列,诊断时需要综合利用这些图像信息在心脏的功能、灌注和组织特征变化方面作出合理的解释和诊断。
