摘要 本研究选取沪郊主要病虫害历史资料,以Internet为系统平台,运用网络地理信息系统(Web-GIS)、ASP网络编程、网络数据库、人工智能和网络多媒体技术等现代化信息系统开发手段,建立了基于Internet的上海地区水稻主要病虫害灾变预警系统,该系统具有病虫GIS、病虫预测、数据传输、病虫诊断、实时发布、电视预报和远程教育等功能。 Selecting the historical data of the main plant diseases and insect pests in Shanghai, taking internet as the system platform, the network geographical information system (Web-GIS) technology, ASP network programming technology, network database technology, artificial intelligence technology, network multimedia technology and knowledge of forecasting and prevention and treatments for agricultural diseases and insect pest are reasonably integrated in building a forecast and visualization system for the important diseases and insect pests of main crops in Shanghai. The system had a user-friendly interface, pest forecasting, early-warning issuance, pest data submission, pest diagnose, TV forecasting and long-distance education, as well as temporal and spatial analysis via Web-GIS, and it could run fast and is stable in the course of test.
