摘要
在交通建设规划中桥梁对区域经济发展的带动及交通出行带来重要的影响,特殊地形城市由于受到了山脉、河流、特殊的固定自然物限制,对于一定规划期内即将建设的多座桥梁,采取怎样的建设顺序才能达到建设的最大收益具有重要意义.建立了用于规划中的多座桥梁最佳建设顺序的层次模型,给出了多目标模糊决策的数学模型.确定了各种影响因素的模糊隶属度函数,应用层次分析方法确定了各个影响因素的权重.提出了应用多目标模糊决策的方法来实现在多种模糊因素影响下的桥梁建设最佳顺序分析.并以兰州市为例,通过实例分析了该方法的正确性.
The construction of bridge has extraordinary effect on the development of regional economics and traffic, since it is restricted by the mountain, river or specialized fixed natural object in the city with particular landform. For the construction of several bridges within a plan period, the sequence of construction is decisive in order to achieve the maximum benefit. In this article, the model based on the analytic hierarchy theory for the best sequence of bridge construction in the city plan is established, and the multi-objective mathematical model of decision-making is given. The fuzzy membership function of the impact of various factors is determined and the weighing of each factor impact is determined, too. And the fuzzy decisionmaking method with multiple objectives is proposed to implement the best bridge construction sequence with various fuzzy affecting factors. Lanzhou City has been taken as an example here and the fuzzy decision -making method has been proven to be correct through the real instance.
