摘要
以矿物晶体结构、晶体化学理论为基础,研究了不同纳米级金刚石内部结构与活性的关系。结果表明:纳米金刚石微粒粒径与其性质呈正相关关系且与表面活性成反相关关系。金刚石粒径与晶胞数目的关系以及粒径与表层活性原子比率在100nm范围处均发生了较大的变化,微粒的粒径为160nm左右时,纳米金刚石兼具最小结构完整性和最大活性。
The relationship between internal structure and activity of different nano-diamond were studied based on the crystal structures and crystal chemistry theory. The resuits show that nano-diamond granularity and properties is a positive correlation while nano-diamond granularity and surface activity is an anti-correlation. Both the relation between diamond granularity and crystal cell number and the percentage of surface activity atomicity are strongly changed at lOOnm. Nano-diamond has both minimum structural integrity and maximum activity at 160nm.
