摘要
从降解菌YF11中提取了降解酶并测定了该降解酶对对硫磷、甲基对硫磷和杀螟松的降解特性.对硫磷和甲基对硫磷酶促降解的最适pH均为8.0,杀螟松的最适pH为8.5,最适温度为32.5℃.该降解酶对对硫磷、甲基对硫磷和杀螟松的米氏常数分别为187.2、205.5和212.
Degradation characteristics of parathion,parathion methyl and fenitrothion by a enzyme,extracted from the isolated strain YF11,was determined.The optimum pH of enzymatic degradation for parathion and parathion methyl is 8 0,and that for fenitrothion is 8 5.The optimum temperature of enzymatic degradation for the insecticides is 32 5℃.Michaelis Mentn's constant( K m) of the enzyme for parathion,parathion methyl and fenitrothion are 187 2,205 5 and 212 4nmol/ml,respectively.
