摘要
随着高炉的大型化和高效化,对焦炭的冷、热态强度提出了更高的要求。但由于我国煤炭资源的日益紧缺,限制了优质炼焦煤的配入,使焦炭质量无法满足高炉的需要。针对这些问题,采用煤岩分析手段进行了煤岩配煤的研究,指导配煤炼焦,稳步提高焦炭质量,保证高炉顺行。
With macro - scale operations technology of blast furnace and high efficiency, the requirement of cold and thermal strength of coke become more and more strict. But coal resources in our country become more and more limited, which restricts the blending ratio of high quality caking coal, and the coke quality cannot meets the requirement of blast furnace production. In view of these problems, coal petrographyic analysis has been applied and the research of coal petrographyic coal blending has been done to improve coke quality stably and guarantee blast furnace operating smoothly.
