血管内皮因子在肝癌中的表达及与微血管密度的关系

摘要 ①目的探讨VEGF的蛋白表达与不同分期肝细胞癌(HCC)血管生成的关系及其在HCC血管生成中的作用。②方法45例肝细胞癌组织,采用免疫组化法(SABC)检测VEGF的表达和MVD值结合患者的临床病理指标进行统计学分析。③结果VEGF的表达在有血管侵犯组显著高于无血管侵犯组(P<0.05);VEGF阳性组MVD值显著高于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。④结论HCC中VEGF的表达与肝癌血管生成有关。 Objective To explore the relation between expressions of vascular endodlelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvascular density (MVD) in different stages of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its roles in vascular formation of HCC. Methods Expressions of VEGF and MVD valves in 45 HCC tissues were determined with immunohistochemistry method (SABC). Results Expressions of VEGF in vascular invasion of tumor tissue were higher than those in vascular noninvasion of tumor tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). MVD values in VEGF - positive stain were higher than those in VEGF - negative tissue samples(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Expressions of VEGF in the HCC were associated with vascular formation of HCC.
