摘要
利用湿渣法研究了NaCl-NH4Cl-H2O三元水盐体系的固液相平衡关系,测定了NaCl和NH4Cl在水中的溶解度数据。并采用Pitzer法计算了该三元水盐体系相平衡溶解度,比较了计算值和实验值,结果基本吻合,验证了该计算方法。并绘制和分析了相图。为热法氯化铵工艺生产提供了理论指导。
By means of moist solid method, the phase equilibrium of ternary system NaCl-NH4Cl-H2O was studied. The solubility data of NaCl and NH4Cl in water were obtained. Pitzer method was utilized to calculate the solubility data of phase equilibrium of ternary system NaCl-NH4Cl-H2O and make a comparison between calculated value and experimental value, which al- most matches, and the calculation method was validated. The phase diagram was protracted and analyzed. It provided academic guidance for producing ammonium chloride by heat method.
