摘要
汽车排气系统的振动是影响汽车振动噪声和舒适度的主要因素之一,掌握其动态特性对优化汽车的NVH性能十分重要。针对某国产轿车的排气系统进行研究,利用B&K数据采集与分析系统对排气系统进行了自由状态下水平和垂直两个方向的测试和工况状态下的垂直方向的测试,得到了排气系统的主要固有频率和振型,为整车减振降噪水平的改善提供了的有效依据。
The exhaust system vibration is one of the main factors for impacting the vibration,noise and comfort situation of automotive. In order to modify the vehicle NVH properties ,the dynamic characteristics of exhaust system are essential for engineers. Experimental modal tests are achieved with the B&K data acquisition and analysis system. The horizontal and vertical modes of the exhaust system are carried on for the two cases of the free operating conditions. The data of natural frequencies and vibrations patterns of the exhaust system used in a Sino-made car are obtained. These data are effective references for the vibration and noise reduction design of the whole vehicle.
