摘要
主要讨论双翻转模具研配液压机的结构形式。液压机正背面均有翻转工作台及移动工作台。翻转工作台由四部锁紧推拉装置构成。在一台压机上,可实现两套模具同时加工,研配与修模交替进行。模具研配液压机的使用,使得研模的效率及合模精度有了很大的提高。可广泛应用汽车模具、五金压铸模、玻璃模、橡胶模、冶金模等模具行业。
It mainly disc usses the structural form of dual-rotating die spotting hydraulic press, which is equipped with the rotating work board and sliding work board at the both front and back. The rotating work plate is composed of four parts locking push-pull devices. On the same press,it is possible to achieve the simultaneous processing of two different dies as well as the alterative operation of bedding and resinking of die. The application of die spotting hydraulic press gives a large help for the improvement of die grinding efficiency and precision of matched die. The die spotting hydraulic press may be widely applied in multi molding industries as auto panel die,hardware die-casting die ,glass die ,rubber die,metallurgy forming die and etc.
