摘要
采用透射电镜技术对电弧离子镀制备的NiCoCrAlY涂层的微观组织结构进行了研究,结果表明,电弧离子镀沉积后,在DSM11高温合金基体γ′相中析出大量的弥散纳米γ相颗粒,析出的γ相与γ′相取向相同。γ′晶胞内部出现大量的堆垛层错,涂层与基体界面之间的应力处于一个较低的水平。电弧离子镀方法沉积的NiCoCrAlY涂层具有纳米晶体的结构,且涂层比较致密。真空退火后涂层内部的结合更致密,晶粒明显长大,部分晶粒有孪晶出现,并伴随β-NiAl或CoAl相析出。
The microstmcture of NiCoCrAlY coating, deposited by arc ion plating (AIP) on DSM11 alloy substrates, were characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that AIP deposition results in precipitation of high density of dispersive γ-phased grains from the γ′-phased grains in the substrate. The orientations of both the γ and the γ′ phased grains were found to be identical. High density of stacking defaults, existing in the γ′-phased grains, indicate the low stress at the interface of the coating and the substrate. The vacuum annealing strongly affects the microstructures of the coating. After annealing, the coating becomes more compact with larger grains, some twin-crystal grains, and precipitation of β-NiAl and/or CoAl at the grain boundaries.
