摘要
研究了铁氧体厚度对微带结环行器传输特性的影响,结果表明,随着铁氧体厚度降低,环行器的性能逐渐降低。当用介质来替代部分铁氧体时,介质材料的介电常数越小,越容易获得较好的环行性能,这为设计小型化的铁氧体环行器提供了有价值的参考。
The influence of the thickness of ferrite on the characteristics of junction circulator is studied. The results show that with the decreasing of the thickness of ferrite plate, the circulation performance of the circulator decreases. However, good circulation performance could also be achieved in the circulator in which part of the ferrite plate has been replaced by media with low dielectric constant. The conclusion provides a valuable reference for the design of small ferrite circulators.
