植物生长调节物质HKL-4对黄花乌头产量与品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]提高黄花乌头种植效益。[方法]以黄花乌头为试材,为清水对照(CK)、植物生长调节物质HKL-4分别稀释5、30、100倍进行叶面喷施,研究对不同采收时间和HKL-4浓度对黄花乌头块根的经济产量、折干率、关附甲素(GFA)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。[结果]10月3日采收黄花乌头的产量最高。10月3日的折干率最高,比9月10日、8月20日采收的分别提高11.7与41.6个百分点。10月3日采收的GFA含量最高,为0.362 5%。稀释30倍处理(T2)的黄花乌头产量、折干率和GFA含量均为最高,分别为9 733.33kg/hm2、36.65%和0.34%。块根中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量,随黄花乌头的生长呈先升高后下降趋势。[结论]HKL-4稀释30倍(T2)时的处理效果最好。 [Objective] The study was to improve the planting benefit.[Method] With Aconitum coreanum Raipaics as the tested material and water as CK,the foliar spray was done after plant growth regulator HKL-4 were diluted by 5,30,100 times.The effect of different harvesting times and concn of HKL-4.on the economic yield,drying rate and the content of Guanfu base A(GFA),soluble sugar,soluble protein in the root tuber of A.coreanum were studied.[Result] The yield of A.coreanum harvested on October 3 was the highest.The drying rate of A.coreanum harvested on October 3 was the highest and 4.40 and 11.35 percent point higher than that of A.coreanum harvested on September 10 and August 20 resp.The GFA content of A.coreanum harvested on October 3 was the highest,being 0.36%.The yield,drying rate and GFA content in treatment with dilution of 30 times all were the highest,being 9 733.33 kg/hm2,36.65% and 0.34% resp.The soluble sugar and protein content in root tuber showed a tread of first rising and then decreasing with the growth of A.coreanum.[Conclusion] When HKL-4 was diluted by 30 times,the treating effect was the best.
