用氢氧化铝胶体吸附浮选法处理废水中的镍离子 被引量:1

摘要 用吸附胶体浮选法处理Ni2+质量浓度为40 mg/L的模拟含镍废水,研究了工艺条件对除镍率的影响。结果表明,处理50 mL模拟含镍废水的最佳工艺条件是:AlCl3溶液(质量浓度为10 g/L)用量为9 mL,废水体系pH值为8,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)溶液(质量浓度为2 g/L)用量为1.5 mL,浮选时间为1 min,空气流量为120 mL/min。向1 L Ni2+质量浓度为46.5 mg/L的电镀废水中加入2.1 gAlCl3,将废水体系pH值调为8,加入0.16 g SDBS,浮选后除镍率高达98.9%,对Cr3+,Zn2+,Cd2+的去除率分别为99.5%,99.4%,99.6%。 The simulated wastewater nickel cation treated by of initial concentration of 40 using adsorption colloid containing mg/L was floatation process. The effects of technical conditions on the nickel removal rate were studied. The results showed that the optimal treatment conditions for 50 mL simulated wastewater were the dosage of AlCl3 solution 10 g/L)9 mL,pH value 8 ,dosage of SDBS solution 2g/L)1.5mL,floating time I min,air flow rate 120 g/L) 1.5 mL,floating time 1 min,air flow rate mL/min. When AlCl3 of 2. 1 g was added into electroplating wastewater of 1 L, and the initial concentration of Ni^2+ was 46.5 mg/L, the pH value was adjusted to 8, SDBS of 0. 16 g was added into the wastewater,the nickel removal rate reached 98.9% , and the removal rate of Cr^3+ , Zn^2+ and Cd^2+ was 99.5% ,99.4% and 99.6% respectively.
