摘要
就医改新政对公立医院管理转型的要求,从补偿机制、劳务价值、成本核算、医保付费、分层服务和支援社区等方面提出了一些政策性的建议,并结合本院在医改新政出台前一系列管理应对措施的实行情况,探索公立医院如何规划与实践新一轮的发展。
