摘要
讨论了板梁组合结构有限元模型的建模方法和板梁非标准交接结构的处理方法。建立了振动筛的动力学有限元简化模型,进行了固有特性分析,分析结果表明:简化模型大大缩短了计算时间和成本,同时该简化模型基本满足了振动筛的质量分布和实际刚度要求。
The method of building the FEM model of the plate - beam combined structure and the method of dealing with the plate - beam non - standard connection are discussed. The FEM simplified model of vibrating screen is built, and the natural characteristic is analyzed. The results show that the time and cost of calculation are reduced, at the same time, the mass distribution and the real stiffness of the vibrating screen are satisfied basically in the simplified model.
