保幼激素Ⅲ对蛹虫草液体发酵生长代谢的调控作用 被引量:6

摘要 通过对菌丝体生物量、胞外多糖产量、胞内多糖及虫草素进行测量分析,研究了不同水平的保幼激素Ⅲ对蛹虫草液体发酵培养的调控作用。在培养的早期阶段(1 d),保幼激素Ⅲ对蛹虫草菌丝体生长有明显的抑制作用,但其最终产量与对照组相比仍有一定程度的增加,其中高剂量组增加了14.3%。各处理组胞外多糖产量在培养3 d后即达到对照组第7天的水平,而胞内多糖含量及虫草素含量在培养1 d后迅速增加,与同期对照组相比分别达到140%和362%。各处理组在整个培养过程中的生长代谢节奏与对照组有差异性。胞内多糖及虫草素产量分析表明,保幼激素Ⅲ在12 mg/L水平下使得虫草素产量增加了31.2%,但对胞内多糖产量无促进作用。结果表明,保幼激素Ⅲ改变了蛹虫草菌丝体生长代谢节奏,对处于特定菌龄期(5 d)的蛹虫草生长代谢具有调控作用。 Regulatory effect of different concentrations of Juvenile hormone Ⅲ on the mycelial growth,extracellular polysaccharide (EPS),intraceltular polysaccharide (IPS)and cordycepin were studied in this paper. During the early stage of fermentation (about lday),Juvenile hormone Ⅲ had an inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth,but the final outputs increased to a certain extent compared with the control group. Thereinto, high level group increased by a factor of 14.3%. The maximal EPS yields of the test groups were obtained on the third day,which reached the level of the control group at the 7^th day. The contents of IPS and cordycepin were increased obviously after one da,and compared with the control group they increased by 140% and 362% ,respectively. The rhythms of mycelia growth and metabolism were different between the control group and the test groups during the whole fermentation process. Estimation of the outputs showed that cordycepin output was increased 31.2% when the Juvenile hormone III was at the level of 12mg/L,but it had no positive effect on intracellular polysaccharide output. The results showed that Juvenile hormone Ⅲ changed the rhythms of mycelial growth and metabolism,and it had regulatory effect on the Cordyceps militaris at the special cell age (5d).
