摘要
针对火电厂燃烧系统的大滞后、大惯性以及动态特性随工况变化的不确定性等特点,设计出一种火电厂燃烧系统自抗扰控制方案,并给出该控制器的参数整定方法.试验表明:该控制方案不需要精确的模型参数就可实现干扰补偿,并可快速得到自抗扰控制器的整定参数.在电站STAR-90仿真平台上对某电厂600 MW机组进行了燃料量控制系统的变工况1、0%扰动和RB试验.结果表明:与仿真平台的PID控制系统相比,自抗扰控制器具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性,而且控制系统具有优良的动态性能.该参数整定方法简单方便.
Combusion system of thermal power has large delay, strong inertia characteristics and uncertainty of dynamic characteristic. An active disturbance rejection control scheme including the parameter adjusting of the controller was designed. The experiment shows that the scheme can compensate disturbance independent of accuracy model parameters, and can obtain adjusting parameters quickly. On the STAR-90 simulation platform, combustion system tests of change load, plus 10%disturbance and the RB of 600MW unit were carried out. Results show that, compared with PID control system, the active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) system has better robustness and adaptability, good performance and its parameter adjusting is simple.
