摘要
为了解决交通隧道评价中存在的大量随机性和模糊性问题,提出了一种基于置信因子的模糊评价方法,建立了带置信因子的交通隧道模糊评价模型,用于科学、定量地确认危害产生的原因;通过确定置信因子和建立模糊综合评判信度,补偿评判中主观信度,实现危险控制过程;应用实例证明该方法是有效、可行和可靠的,具有实际推广价值。
To solve large random and fuzzy problems of the evaluation on tunnel of operation, a fuzzy evaluation method is brought forward based on confidence factors. The fuzzy evaluation model of tunnel of operation built with confidence factors is used to quantitatively and scientifically confirm the cause for producing faulty. Through the compensation of subjective inter-scorer reliability carried out by established confidence factors and the establishment of fuzzy synthetic evaluation of inter-scorer reliability, the fault diagnosis is realized. The application example proves that the method is effective, feasible and reliable and has the value of practical value.
