摘要
从项目管理的进度计划控制角度着手,运用现代项目管理学理论,系统地阐述了施工项目进度动态管理的内容,并分析了影响项目进度的因素,提出了进度保证措施,从而确保工程施工按预期目标顺利进行。
Based on the progress planning control of the project management, the paper systematically describes the content of the dynamic management of the construction project progress by using the theory of the modem project manage, and analyzes the influencing factors of the project progress, puts forward the guarantee measures of the process to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction according to the predictable goal.
