摘要 多电弧高速节能埋弧焊装备技术,特别是在多电弧共熔池条件下,不仅可以大幅度增加对母材总热量输入,而且具有高的热效应和熔敷率。高速对母材的加热时间短,变形小,焊接质量更好,非常适用于我国日益快速发展的造船、管道、锅炉、机车车辆等大型制造业的厚大构件的高速焊接新工艺。在双丝双电弧共熔池埋弧焊接方法的基础上,又引入了多电弧高速节能埋弧焊装备及其节能、高性能的DC/方波AC大功率弧焊逆变式电源,以便在优化质量的前提下,扩宽这种高效(综合节能30%~40%)高速(3~4倍)焊工艺的应用范围,提高生产效率和提升制造业技术/生产水平、性价比及工艺适应性。 The way of multi-arcs SAW is fit for thick and largesize work piece to high speed welding in manufacturing field of shipbuilding,pipeline,and vehicle because it can increase the total heat,completed fusion and advance weld quality.On basis of twin wires double arcs SAW,a novel welding technique introduced by multi-arcs high speed energy-saving SAW equipment and high power DCA or AC square wave inverter is developed to improve application extend of high speed weld and advance production efficiency, flexibility of techniques.It can save energy by 30%-40% and heighten speed by 3-4 times.
