摘要
应用5℃低温、2%盐(NaCl)溶液和高锰酸钾(KMnO4)1∶1 000倍液对茄子种子进行预处理,研究了不同预处理对种子发芽势和发芽率的影响。结果表明:不同预处理对茄子种子发芽势和发芽率的影响不同,其中KMnO4处理的种子发芽率最高、达98.0%,低温处理的的种子发芽率只有95.3%,而NaCl处理则对种子萌发没有促进作用。
This paper studied the germinant index, germinant percentage of eggplant seeds by using low temperature (5℃) pretreatment, soaking in 2% NaCl solution and 1:1 000 KMnO4 solution. The results shov ,hat the germinant index and germinant percentage of eggplant seeds were different under different kinds of pretreatments. The germinant percentage of 1:1 000 KMnO4 solution was up to 98.0%,the low temperature pretreatment was 95.3% ,but the 2% NaCl solution had no effeet on the germinant percentage of eggplant seeds.
