摘要
制备了一系列不同Mg/Al比氟插层的水滑石(LDH-F),并用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜和BET比表面积检测法对催化剂进行了表征,考察了不同Mg/Al比的LDH-F在苯乙烯环氧化反应中的催化活性.结果表明,Mg/Al=5的LDH-F具有最佳催化活性.通过以乙腈和苯甲腈分别作为反应用腈的对比实验发现,苯甲腈的效果优于乙腈.以Mg/Al=5的LDH-F为催化剂,H2O2和苯甲腈为氧化剂对不同官能团化烯烃进行环氧化反应,结果表明,此催化体系具有良好的催化性能,在苯乙烯、茚、丙烯醇和烯丙基氯环氧化反应中转化率和选择性均在95%以上。
A series of fluoride-pillared layered double hydroxide (LDH-F) samples were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and BET surface area measurements. The catalytic activity of LDH-F with different Mg/Al ratios in styrene epoxidation was investigated. LDH-F with Mg/Al = 5 has the best activity. A comparison of using two different nitriles, acetonitrile and benzonitrile, shows that benzonitrile gives higher conversion. The epoxidation of various olefins was carried out using LDH-F with Mg/Al = 5 as the catalyst and H2O2 and benzonitrile as the oxidants. This catalytic system has excellent catalytic activity. The conversion and selectivity are both above 95 % when using styrene, indene, allyl alcohol, and allyl chloride as the substrates.
