摘要
为减少故障停机时间,提高生产效率,以矿用胶带输送机为对象,研究了基于CAN总线的长距离胶带输送机运行故障定位系统.研究试验表明:采用CAN总线作为信息载体,可以增大通讯距离,减少故障定位系统的布线,适合长距离胶带输送机使用;CAN总线的非破坏性仲裁技术,可以解决总线冲突;每个CAN总线节点都可作为主机,一旦保护器状态发生变化,智能编码器主动发送状态信息,加快了故障处理速度.
In order to reduce fault shutdown time and promote production efficiency, a fault location system base on CAN bus protocol was studied for long distance adhesive tape transport machine. The research and test indicate that adopting CAN Bus as information carrier can extend the communication distance and reduce the wiring of fault location system. The fault location system based on CAN bus is suitable for the application in long distance adhesive tape transport machine. The bus conflict problem can be solved by undestroyable arbitration technology of CAN bus. Each CAN bus node can be used as host computer. If the state of protection switches changes, the intelligent coder can send the state information initiatively, and thus the speed of fault disposal gets expedited.
