摘要
对利用示波器测量电流的原理进行了阐述,证明了用示波器测量微小电流的可行性,并提出了用示波器测量二极管反向漏电流,以及灯的照度和频闪的方法。结果表明,此方法简单、可行,拓展了示波器的应用领域。
The principle of current measurement with oscilloscope was discussed in this paper. The tiny current measurement with oscilloscope was proved to be feasible and the methods measuring reverse leakage current, illuminance and stroboscopic effect were developed. The results suggested that these methods were easy and feasible, which expanded the applying fields of oscilloscope.
