摘要
分析了现有的发动机行业中物料需求规划的特点,指出其目前存在的主要问题。针对这些问题和发动机行业需要,设计了应用物料需求规划技术并结合供应链管理模式的生产计划系统。系统由生产计划和采购计划组成。对发动机生产计划进行了优化。利用材料表结构对产品进行向下分层管理,适用于发动机行业自动生成生产计划和采购计划。
The characteristics of engine industry＇s MRP were discussed and its main disadvantages were pointed out. The system applying technique of materials requirement planning and combined model of supply chain management was developed to overcome those problems and respond on the re- quirement of engine enterprises, which was composed of production plan and purchase plan. The pro- duction plan of engine was optimized. The BOM structure was used to manage product layered down, in which the production and purchase plan of can be generated automatically.
