摘要
大学生就业能力是在我国高等教育快速发展的大背景下提出的一个新概念,特别是在我国高校毕业生就业制度改革之后,大学生就业能力问题日益受到学术界和高等教育领域专家学者的关注,本文在对国内外学术界关于大学生就业能力文献研究分析的基础上,对此进行了思考和探索,并提出个人的观点。
Graduate employability is a new concept presented under the rapid development of higher education. The problem of the graduate employability is gradually paid more attention by the experts in the academe and higher education field. The research situation of graduate employability at home and abroad was introduced and analyzed. By examining the existing research, the problem of the graduate employability in our country was discussed and the author＇s viewpoint was given, which is helpful to improving the graduates employability.
