摘要
针对拖拉机变速器装配线上轴承压装失效问题,研究了滚动轴承压装力的计算方法,并进行了分析计算,生产实际应用也验证了其计算结果优于实践经验或经验公式所得.同时依据数据分析,提出了改进工序内容的措施.研究证明,轴承压装力的分析计算有助于提高生产效率,稳定加工质量.
With the problem of the bearing press--mounting failure on tractor transmission assembly line, the method of calculation for bearing press--mounting strength has been studied. In practical application, it＇s result has been proved to be superior to the results of practical experience or empirical formula. Based on data analysis, measures to improve the process content have been put forward. This study shows that the analysis and calculation of bearing press--mounting strength are very useful in improving production efficiency and steadying processing quality.
