摘要
高校学报和其他出版物一样,需要打造品牌,需要有品牌效应。但是,高校学报因其主办单位是各高校而深受主办单位办学层次的影响。因此,对高校学报的品牌要求,不能以是否被SCI、EI收录,是否进入"一级期刊"、中文核心期刊等来衡量。不同层次高校的学报应具有不同的品牌,发挥不同的品牌效应。
College and university journals need build their brand names and enjoy brand effect as other publications do. These journals are subject to the academic levels of the colleges or universities they belong to. Brand name of a journal should not be judged by whether it is embodied by SCI and EI, or whether it is on the list of "First-class Journal" or "Core Journal of China". Journals of different colleges and universities should have different brand strategies and different brand effects.
