摘要
对机构运动精度与动力精度的处理,就是非随机的传统设计方法所不能解决的问题。机构概率设计法能解决传统设计方法所不能解决的一些问题。通过运用机构概率设计法的基本数学模型,对油缸中液压力所驱动的活塞的均匀性进行研究,推导出活塞运动速度与加速度误差的表达式,较准确地描述物体运动精度的高低,来典型地说明机构概率设计理论的有效性。
It makes a start in the middle of 1960s for the probabilistic approach to mechanisms which can solve a number of problems that cannot be settled in traditional approach. Such as motion precision and dynamical precision, cannot be disposed by traditional non -random approach. The essay attempts to typically illustrate the theory with the study on the motion stability of piston driven by hydraulic pressure.
