摘要
以J792、J701、J335、J795、J1034、J760等6个优良乔木柳无性系1年生扦插苗为试验材料,研究了在溃疡病菌拟茎点霉侵染条件下,无性系内丙二醛及PPO、POD、PAL等相关酶活性的变化规律,对无性系抗病能力进行了系统研究。结果表明:随着溃疡病菌侵染的加剧,各项指标均呈规律性变化。通过感病指数测定,对6个无性系的抗病能力进行了综合评价。
In the study, the change of MDA, and its activities of enzymes such as PPO, POD, and PAL were examined systematically, with the yearly cuttings of six excellent arbor willow clones ( J792, J701, J335, J795, J1034 and J760 ) infected by Canker (Phomopsis). We concluded that w increased ith the infection aggravation, the indexes of disease decreased significantly. The resistance of the six clones to the affecting diseases, was also evaluated through the determination of its infection indexes.
